CONDITION  ASSESSMENT

In order to quantify existing conditions of a concrete structure, Durability Engineers performs site assessments through a combination of visual, nondestructive and selective sampling techniques. Our conditions assessments are both developed and performed by our licensed engineering team. Our company's approach enables site staff to synthesize observations, and NDT findings in real-time to better develop and focus on the underlying issue while on-site. NONDESTRUCTIVE TESTING

HOW CAN NONDESTRUCTIVES TESTING HELP YOU?

Nondestructive Testing (NDT) is used to assess the integrity and condition of concrete structures. These techniques can characterize the concrete quality and consistency, reinforcement details, presence of distress (i.e. internal cracks, voids and other anomalies), and corrosion risk. Durability Engineers uses NDT methods for quality control of new construction, assessment of new and existing structures, and evaluations of structures for rehabilitation.
